Cycloaliphatic Polyaspartic Resins
Selection Principles
Cycloaliphatic polyaspartic resins generally offer better overall performance, especially in hardness, weather resistance, chemical resistance and mechanical properties.
Fast-cure grades normally provide better weather resistance and chemical resistance than slow-cure grades.
Fast-cure grades can be used with HDI trimer for low-temperature or ultra-low-temperature curing, and can also be used with prepolymers in waterproofing systems.
Slow-cure grades are generally not recommended for these systems because of the risk of slow curing, incomplete curing or lower-than-expected performance.
