FEISPARTIC F220(Equivalent/alternative to Desmophen® NH 1220) is a solvent-free amino-functional co-reactant for polyisocyanates.

PROPERTY

  • Solvent-free with low viscosity. For the formulation of high-solid or solvent-free coatings.
  • High reactivity to improve production efficiency. React with HDI Trimer and dry in 5 minutes.
  • The coating film has excellent flexibility, leveling performance, and high gloss. Has excellent weather resistance, water resistance, solvent resistance, acid and alkali resistance, salt spray resistance, and other properties.
  • Excellent adhesion with ABS, PC, PVC, other plastics, and various metals.
  • Serve as chain extender or R component in Spray Polyurea Elastic(SPUA).

APPLICATIONS

  • Can be used for adhesive fields.
  • It makes anti-corrosion coatings for steel structures, oil pipeline and other light or heavy anti-corrosion fields.
  • Can be used for materials for road marking paints, concrete waterproof plugging materials and other fields.

SHELF LIFE

FEISPARTIC F220 must be stored in airtight containers to prevent contact with moisture. Recommended storage temperature is below 40°C (≤104°F). The shelf life in the original closed container is 12 months.

NOTICE

  • FEISPARTIC F220 is combustible and should be stored below 40 ℃. It should be kept away from fire source and stored in a cool, dry, and ventilated environment. The storage period is 12 months.
  • The coating formulated with FEISPARTIC F220 should be tested for performance after one week’s maintenance.
