Feispartic F520L
FEISPARTIC F520L is a solvent-free aminofunctional co-reactant for polyisocyanates, designed for high-solid and solvent-free 2K coating systems, including polyaspartic coatings and polyurethane topcoats. It offers low viscosity, high gloss, excellent leveling, strong adhesion and durable resistance to weathering, chemicals and abrasion.

Applications
- In automotive coatings, it can significantly improve film fullness, gloss and hardness.
- For industrial and wood coatings, it is especially useful in systems that require high hardness and excellent wear resistance.
- It can be used to formulate anti-corrosion coatings for steel structures, oil pipelines and other light- to heavy-duty protective coating applications.
- It is also applicable to coatings for polystyrene foam landscape products.
- In wind turbine blade coating systems, it can be used in gel coats, putties and topcoats.
- With high solid content, low viscosity, good wetting ability and excellent compatibility, it is widely used for grinding high-concentration pigment pastes, especially in automotive refinish coatings.

Shelf Life
FEISPARTIC F520L must be stored in airtight containers to prevent contact with moisture. Recommended storage temperature is below 40°C (≤104°F). The shelf life of FEISPARTIC F520L in the closed original container is 12 months.

- FEISPARTIC F520L is combustible and should be stored at the temperature below 40 ℃. It should be kept away from fire source and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated environment. The storage period is 12 months.
- The coating formulated with FEISPARTIC F520L should be tested for performance after one week’s maintenance.
