PROFILE
FEICURE GB9083A-100(Substitute of Desmodur N3800) is a solvent-free prepolymer hardener with high elasticity, high weather resistance and very low viscosity, which is polymerized by polyester polyol and aliphatic isocyanate.
PROPERTY
- This product has a very low viscosity and can be used to make high-solids weather-resistant topcoats.
- This product has good flexibility and elasticity.
- Good tensile strength and scratch resistance.
- Ultra long UV resistance, excellent acid, alkali and salt fog resistance.
APPLICATIONS
- Combined with polyaspartic resin, it can make environmentally friendly and elastic materials.
- It is used to improve the flexibility of polyurethane coatings.
- Can be used to make high-solid, weather-resistant adhesives, structural adhesives, etc.
- Can be used for the production of waterproof, floor, and steel structure anti-corrosion paint.

SHELF LIFE
FEICURE GB9083A-100 must be stored in airtight containers to prevent contact with moisture. Recommended storage temperature is below 30°C (≤86°F). The shelf life in the closed original container is 9 months.
NOTICE
- FEICURE GB9083A-100 is a combustible material, it is required to be kept away from fire sources, sealed and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated environment, and cannot be applied below 10°C. The storage period is 9 months. After the expiration date, the test is qualified and it can still be used.
- The coating formulated with FEICURE GB9083A-100 should be tested for performance after two week’s maintenance.
