Feiyang: Steering Toward the Future-Completion of Expanded Production and Innovation Center for Feiyang Polyaspartic Project

In 2023, Feiyang has initiated several major projects to solidify and enhance our advantages in the polyaspartic supply chain and to establish a supplementary engine for sustained corporate growth. This includes the design and construction of a polyaspartic material production line with an annual capacity of 26,000 tons, a Diethyl Maleate production line with an annual capacity of 20,000 tons, and the expansion and renovation of our Innovation Center. We are committed to deeply exploring the cutting-edge applications of new materials and technologies in polyaspartic across various sectors, driving technological progress throughout the industry and injecting new vitality into the future development of chemical new materials.
26,000-Ton Polyaspartic Materials Project
In July 2023, Feiyang commenced the design and construction of a new 26,000-ton polyaspartic material project. This project will boost Feiyang's total resin capacity to an impressive 46,000 tons upon completion. The new project has significantly enhanced the original polyaspartic resin production process, achieving a fully automated production line, from raw material storage to manufacturing and packaging. This has led to a 50% reduction in required staffing levels and doubled the economic output per employee. Moreover, the production line has been streamlined to enable the direct production of high-purity bio-based polyaspartic resin.
20,000-Ton Diethyl Maleate Project
To further strengthen and expand our lead in the polyaspartic supply chain, Feiyang launched the construction of a 20,000-ton Diethyl Maleate project in June 2023. The project was expedited, with foundational construction completed within six months. Equipment installation, instrument calibration, and pipeline testing were all successfully conducted within this timeline. All trial production exceeded expectations by early 2024. This new Diethyl Maleate production unit stands out with several innovations, utilizing Feiyang’s proprietary continuous production technology. Compared to traditional batch processing, our method offers higher efficiency, superior and consistent quality, and is more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly, setting a global benchmark in the field of large-scale continuous production units and achieving the highest standards in the industry.
Feiyang Innovation Center
Feiyang is committed to leading industry technological innovation and development by advancing the applications of new materials and technologies in polyaspartic. In November 2023, we launched an expansion project for our Innovation Center. Now operational, the new three-story Feiyang Innovation Center spans 3,600 square meters. It features a scientifically arranged space integrating a smart showroom, R&D labs, pilot scale-up areas, process research rooms, and a precision testing center.
