The coating film has excellent fullness, leveling performance, and high gloss. Has excellent weather resistance, water resistance, solvent resistance, acid and alkali resistance, salt spray resistance, and other properties. High hardness up to 2H and excellent abrasive resistance.

Great Adhesion to Plastics & Metals

Excellent adhesion with ABS, PC, PVC, and other plastics and various metals.

High Compatibility with Resins

FEISPARTIC F420 has excellent compatibility with most hydroxy acrylic resin and cab.

Versatile for Elastic & Rigid Films

It can not only be used with our elastic curing agent to make elastic materials with excellent mechanical properties (elongation 400%, tensile strength 25MPa) but also can be used with a rigid curing agent, HDI Trimer (or dimer) to make rigid film (hardness 2H).

Chain Extender for SPUA Systems

Serve as chain extender or R component in Spray Polyurea Elastic(SPUA).

Shelf Life

FEISPARTIC F420 must be stored in airtight containers to prevent contact with moisture. Recommended storage temperature is below 40°C (≤104°F). The shelf life of FEISPARTIC F420 in the original closed container is 12 months.

Storage Environment

FEISPARTIC F420 is combustible and should be stored below 40 ℃. It should be kept away from fire sources and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated environment. The storage period is 12 months.

Performance Testing

The coating formulated with FEISPARTIC F420 should be tested for performance after one week’s maintenance.
