What is Polyaspartic Polyurea?
Polyaspartic polyurea is a type of polyurea material, considered the third generation in polyurea development. Polyurea materials have evolved significantly over three generations: aromatic spray polyurea (first generation), aliphatic spray polyurea (second generation), and polyaspartic ester polyurea (third generation). Polyaspartic polyurea is a two-component, slow-curing, and highly weather-resistant material. This technology has been used in Europe and the U.S. for nearly 15 years.

Is Polyaspartic Polyurea Environmentally Friendly?

Polyaspartic Polyurea as an Eco-Friendly Material

  1. High solid content, low VOCs, or solvent-free.
  2. Low-temperature curing without baking.
  3. Rapid curing and thick application reduce construction cycles.
  4. With more than 90% solid content, it can be exempt from outdoor emission collection, resulting in less wastewater and exhaust.

Is All Polyaspartic Polyurea Environmentally Friendly?
Polyaspartic polyurea waterproof coatings are high-performance materials characterized as two-component, slow-curing, and high solid content. These polyurea materials are convenient and efficient to apply, offering advantages such as high weatherability, tensile strength, elongation, abrasion resistance, low water absorption, and strong substrate adhesion.

Feiyang has been specializing in the production of raw materials for polyaspartic coatings for 30 years and can provide polyaspartic resins, hardeners and coating formulations. Some of our polyaspartic coating formulations: Polyaspartic Coating
