F520 appears as a colorless to light yellow- green transparent liquid with a haze of ≤250 Hazen (Pt-Co), exhibiting a clear and stable appearance. It has a high solid content of 96 ± 2%, an amine value of 185–200 mg KOH/g, an amine equivalent of 290 g/mol, and a corresponding hydroxyl equivalent of 5.84%. At 25℃, its viscosity ranges from 800 to 2000 mPa·s, with a relative density of 1.06 ± 0.02. These precisely controlled physical and chemical parameters support F520’s unique combination of high solids and low viscosity, ensuring both efficient reactivity and crosslinking while providing excellent ease of application.
