Many people know that Polyaspartic Polyurea can be made into waterproof coatings. But do you know what types of water it protects against?
In numerous construction projects, waterproof coatings are utilized. If a building isn’t waterproofed, leaks can occur, highlighting the importance of waterproofing.
It's common knowledge that water exists in liquid, solid, and gaseous states. Polyaspartic Polyurea waterproofing not only protects against liquid water but also solid and gaseous forms.
If liquid water seeps into a structure and then the temperature rises, it can transform into pressurized water vapor. This water vapor is particularly damaging. It can cause the waterproof layer to detach from the base layer, leading to bubbling or peeling and completely undermining the waterproofing work.
Therefore, Polyaspartic Polyurea protects against all three states of water: liquid, solid, and gaseous.
