  1. Exceptional Durability: Exhibits superior weather, aging, and UV resistance. Can be used outdoors for many years without aging or powdering. Even after 4000 hours of QUVA testing, its performance remains above 95%.
  2. Ease of Application: Can be applied by brushing, rolling, or troweling, offering convenient installation.
  3. Strong Adhesion: Prevents coating peeling and failure.
  4. Elasticity: The elastic layer of the Polyaspartic Polyurea system is unaffected by thermal expansion and contraction due to temperature variations, ensuring no cracking and sustained adhesion.
  5. Low-Temperature Resistance: Maintains integrity at -35°C, with no cracks in the paint film.
  6. Integrated Waterproofing and Decoration: Achieves both waterproofing and decorative functions, allowing for desired visual effects as per design.
  7. Chemical Resistance: Strong resistance to acids and alkalis. Immersion in 5% H2SO4/NaOH solution for 30 days results in an intact and bubble-free paint film.
