Anti-corrosive coatings are applied to metal surfaces to protect them from corrosion. They are widely used in aviation, shipbuilding, chemical industries, oil pipelines, steel structures, bridges, and oil drilling platforms, and are highly favored by construction manufacturers.

Polyaspartic Resin, used in anti-corrosive coatings, offers significant advantages in coating engineering machinery and specialized containers. Its features include high solid content, low viscosity, excellent weather resistance, rapid drying without the need for baking, and energy efficiency. This not only conserves energy and protects the environment, but also provides exceptional durability. ISO 12944-2018, the international standard for anti-corrosive coatings on steel structures, now includes Polyaspartic(polyaspartic ester) coatings, alongside polysiloxane and fluoropolymer coatings, suitable for C5 and higher environments.

Furthermore, unlike traditional materials such as foam glass bricks, glass flake, OM coatings, or mastic, it offers high hardness, long service life, and excellent weather resistance, lasting for over 10 years. With very low viscosity and low VOC emissions, its preparation, application, and coating formation cause no environmental pollution.
